Anthony Harbour is a solicitor and tribunal judge. He is an experienced advocate, a member of the Law Society's Children's Panel, and has represented children in public law proceedings for over twenty years. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of the CAMHS Panel for the Mental Health Tribunal. He is the author of 'Children with Mental Disorder and the Law' published by Jessica Kingsley in May 2008. He regularly provides training to child psychiatrists and social workers.
