Sheila was called to the bar in 1981. She is based in North London. She spent 3 years working for a Legal Action group as a campaigning journalist and editor. She was admitted as a solicitor 1989. She has been a partner dealing exclusively in public law care proceedings since 1995. Sheila is a member of the Children Panel, Association of Lawyers for Children and BAAF. Sheila can also speak French.
