Personal Assistant and Mediation Co-Ordinator
Najma has worked in law since 2002. She joined Blacklaws Davis LLP in May 2008 as personal assistant to Christina Blacklaws and Maud Davis. She is developing her casework skills, with a particular interest in complex children cases. Najma also is the Mediation Co-Ordinator for Blacklaws Davis. She sets up all the Mediation assessments and appointments for our mediators. Najma speaks Somali and Swahili, and is involved in a charity that raises money for medical care in remote parts of Somalia.
