Jane is a Consultant at our Clapham Junction Office. Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1999, training and working in criminal law initially. She has specialised in Housing Law for the majority of her career. Jane joined us as a consultant in October 2009 having formerly been in partnership at Flack & Co in South West London.
Jane’s areas of specialism include homelessness, defending possession proceedings, disrepair and Welfare Benefit Law. Jane is highly committed to working in the area of social welfare law. Jane’s creativity and depth of knowledge has resulted in successes in creating precedent cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords. She works in Partnership with the One Stop Shop in the Royal Borough of Kingston providing advice to victims of domestic abuse. She also provides outreach services to other agencies.
