Chris has been qualified for over 25 years and is a specialist in children law in both the public and private sectors. He also acts in adoption and international child abduction cases and is regularly instructed by the court to act for children.
Chris was formerly a partner with top 50 law firm TLT. The Legal 500 2010 says "Chris Goulden is highly respected for children work"
He has co-chaired the National Children's Committee for Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association). In December 2004 and March 2005 he gave evidence to two Parliamentary Select Committees on the workings of the Family Justice system and on the Children (Contact) and Adoption Bill.
He is a Resolution accredited specialist in private children, children advocacy, and international child abduction. He lectures for Resolution on Children law and has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel for over 20 years.
