Carol Reimann qualified as a solicitor but is now non-practising. After her early years as a general practitioner she became an equity partner with a leading multi-office Hertfordshire firm, where she introduced computerised document and data management systems. She represented the franchisees in the acquisition of a chain of estate agents by General Accident. The firm acted for a leading Formula 1 motor racing team and developed a specialism in motor sport sponsorship and contracts.
In 1997 she became Head of the Conveyancing department for a national house builder, responsible for the delivery of legal services to the operational divisions. She designed a bespoke case and document management system linked to the core company sales and marketing database. This transformed the legal process from people intensive activities to a streamlined service delivery to its internal and external customers.
In 2003 Carol returned to private practice as partner with a specialist property practice and responsible for the management of outsourced teams and joined Blacklaws Davis as Practice Manager in 2009.She is experienced in change management and staff development.
